What happens if one of ours is refused
We refund you in full. That is the whole policy, and it is the part of this you genuinely cannot give yourself.
It matters because a refusal is not a legal ruling. There is no official form for an unenrolled Deed Poll, so every organisation decides for itself whether the document in front of it is good enough. Banks, building societies, schools and surgeries do turn deeds away, usually home-made ones, and it tends to happen weeks later at a counter in the middle of something you needed to finish.
